We are looking for regular consumers to enter client businesses and pose as prospective customers. You will engage with staff and take mental notes on their customer service and sales skills, as well as gauge the location's cleanliness, organization, and merchandising. Once complete, you'll then fill out an easy, mostly yes-no form about your experience. This is independent contract work, not a full or part-time job. Dates are flexible, and you don't need any prior experience or certifications.
Mystery shoppers should have
• Good oral and written communication skills,
• Keen sense for detail, and
• Internet access to complete digital forms.
