We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Experienced Mill Workers and Forklift Drivers. These positions are vital to our manufacturing and woodworking operations, where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities
Operate milling machines and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment to produce precise wood components and millwork products
Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques to assemble, finish, and inspect wood products according to specifications
Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
Read and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Measure materials with calipers and other precision tools to maintain quality standards
Assist in setup and calibration of CNC programming for machining operations
Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
Proven experience in manufacturing, machining, or woodworking environments with a focus on millwork production
Proficiency in operating forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading technical drawings and CNC programming knowledge
Skilled in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment with precision
Strong understanding of construction techniques, carpentry, and woodworking processes
Warehouse experience including inventory handling and logistics coordination
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards
