Must have general skills, be dependable and have transportation. Monday through Friday, with occasional emergency service call. Duties will include minor plumbing, mowing and watering, flooring and general maintenance. Wages are hourly and paid twice monthly. Starting wage is $15.00 per with raises on a regular basis depending on performance
