Bolt On Hitch Receiver Shank for 2-1/2" Receiver Mount and 13" Length. This is a handy receiver insert if you need to haul anything that also needs to be able to pivote down allowing entry into the back of an SUV or trunk. You could design your own application, just add the vertical upright to support whatever you need. Would work great to make a bike carrier or the like. Because of the placement of the lower bolt, it would pivote completely to the ground if needed. Could ship for $30. Complete and never been used.
