Room share wanted (Twin falls)

Owner is selling the house and I need to move. I'm a 16 yr resident with family in the area. I'm retired on SSI and working as an in home caregiver. I'm a clean quiet artist, responsible, respectful, rent is usually ahead of the 1st. I I have no problem with chores-except yardwork. No drink, drug, loud party, or stupidity.
I like small dogs and would like to have a cat again but don't have one-your discretion.
Target date is Aug 1st.
